I will be getting my Thermomix on Wednesday. Taking the day off to start making stuff. My last adventure in cooking was (still is) Sous Vide with the Poly Science Pro. Heavenly meats. Now to the sauces, deserts, breads… the list goes on! On tool to rule them all!
