2cupsalmond flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350; line loaf pan with parchment, overlapping sides
Whip eggs for 1 minute; add melted butter and whip until fully incorporated
Reduce speed to low; sift in remaining dry ingredients and stir to combine until completely incorporated and batter is thick
Pour into prepared pan; spread with spatula
Bake 40-45 minutes until golden; cool on wire rack for 10 minutes
