  1. Spread pulp evenly on a parchment paper on the back side of a cookie sheet
  2. Set oven at lowest possible temperature, watching it every 15 to 30 minutes, at first, to get a sense of how fast it is cooking, or
  3. 170ºF on one side for 2 hours, then top with another parchment and flip, leaving both papers on for another hour
  4. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes; slowly and carefully peel away parchment paper
  5. Cut into strips and eat, or store in air tight container
