2. To Freeze: Double-wrap in plastic wrap, then foil
3. To Reheat: Preheat oven to 400 degrees, unwrap discard plastic and re-cover with foil; bake until the center is warm, 30 to 40 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes to recrisp topping
