I’m from Niagara, Valerie. Some suggestions: Konzelman for lovely pinots, merlots and world famous ice wines. Peller Estates has a beautiful dining room – al fresco you’d think you were in Europe. Inn on the Seven – fantastic dining. And Anna Olsen is in Welland…not far. Have a lovely time!

      Katharine!
      Thank you so much!
My business partner is from Toronto and has worked in the culinary industry there for years. I appreciate your suggestions. Anna Olsen is no longer at Welland. We would have booked a cooking class with her. We will be going to the wineries you suggested during our vintage tour…. and the dining room you suggested is also under consideration for an optional meal!
Do you have a list of ice wines you would suggest for a tasting, Katharine?
      🙂
      Valerie
