at my home in Lewis Estates (West end of Edmonton)

Includes:

  • Coffee, orange juice and a muffin or breakfast biscuit
  • preparing your tante pour tante
  • hands on macaron making
  • understanding macaronage
  • practice piping shells
  • preparing the ganache filling
  • 1/2 batch of chocolate macarons to take home (approximately 15 macarons)

Bring:

  • apron
  • cookie sheets
  • piping bag with number 9 round tip
  • tami or sieve

Alternately:

A complete kit of what you need can be purchased for the class at the time of purchasing your space in the class. Prices for that kit and exactly what it will include will be available shortly.
