Bread Baking for Beginnners

with Valerie Lugonja BEd

Class will include:

  • making basic white bread into cinnamon buns
  • making the same recipe again, into a boule
  • making a basic olive oil bread (similar to focaccia) into a flat bread rectangle  or round shape
  • making the same recipe again into bread sticks
  • you will take home the breads you make

What to bring:

  • apron
  • bags to take your bread home in
