I recieved a Thermomix as a gift about two years ago from my friends in Cyprus (they have raved for years!). The delivery was a bit chaotic as the salesperson was travelling and very busy. In the meantime, I lost her contact information. I would love to have the product demonstration that she discussed with me. Would you happen to know who the sales agent in Calgary is?

    Thank you,
    Sherri Balm

    Hi Valerie

Today I realized that my TM31 blade is not working and I need to replace it. Are you able to help me with that? I am located in Colorado, USA.

    Thanks

Hi Valerie, I am wondering how much it costs to buy a replacement TM31 blade? Or is there a way to sharpen existing blades?

      HI Nicki
It is 120 Canadian dollars, plus postage. Would you like me to order one for you? I will send you a private message.

    Hi Valerie!

I need a sealing ring for mixing bowl lid. Is it possible that you can order for me one. I live in Saskatchewan and how much would it cost.
