I need a place Vancouver that does repairs on a Thermomix. It’s about 5-7 years old and hasn’t worked in a few years. I contacted Thermomix Canada and they said they don’t have any “authorized” repair shops in Canada or USA. I hope you can provide some guidence because it seems a waste to have such a useful and expensive machine just collecting dust.

Vorwerk Canada Ltd has an authorized repair, but will only repair TM5 and TM6, as those two Thermomix® iterations are the only ones this subsidiary has ever sold in Canada. Currently, Nobelhaus in Montreal will repair TM31. You should contact them quickly as I am not sure how long that shop will be open.

Hello Valerie. With the new thermomix tm7 making his way to canada, will there be a promotion that thermomix offers people money to buy the old one back? I think there was something like this when tm6 came out.
